When you decide to link your social channels to our platform, we collect and process the following authentication and profile data:
Basic profile information from the connected social network (user ID, page or channel name, profile picture).
OAuth access tokens granted through the official login flow of each platform to enable publishing.
Multimedia content (images, videos, text) that you create and schedule to post through our planner.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information exclusively for the following purposes:
To enable the core functionalities of the social planner and automations.
To publish to your official social media accounts the exact content you have scheduled and explicitly authorized.
To monitor publication status (published, pending, or failed) to display it on your control panel.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your authentication credentials and access tokens are stored securely and encrypted within our protected databases. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or access tokens with advertisers or unauthorized third parties.
4. Data Deletion and Revoking Permissions
You have absolute control over your linked channels. You can disconnect your accounts and request full deletion of your data in the following ways:
Clicking "Disconnect Account" in the "Linked Channels" section of your user portal. This immediately and permanently deletes all access tokens and associated data from our database.
Directly revoking access to our application in the security settings of each corresponding social network (e.g., in Facebook Business Integrations settings, Google Security Console, or LinkedIn).
